چکیده
The intensification of arable agriculture has resulted in an increase vehicle wheel load and the intensity field operations, which increased risk incidence degradation physical properties uncultivated subsoil layer. Biopores generated by long-term, repeated use specific cover crops within rotation been suggested as approach to improve properties. Therefore, this paper aimed determine impact long-term cropping interaction treatments with different cultivation approaches on Data was collected at NIAB ‘Sustainable Trial for Arable Rotations’ experiment established 2006. Rotation comprised a brassica crop alternated annually winter wheat (ALTCC) compared continuous (CWW). Cultivation PLOUGH (250 mm depth), non-inversion 250 (DEEP) 100 (SHALLOW) depths. Penetration resistance volumetric soil moisture were bi-monthly intervals during 2018/19 growing season. Undisturbed cores laboratory analyses water retention, stable aggregates, root morphology digital scanning biomass, X-ray computed tomography (CT). Results showed that treatment ALTCC combined SHALLOW, lower penetration subsoil. This persisted later into season control. SHALLOW improved porosity. Benefits from not observed where higher intensity, deeper cultivation. Overall, combination produced significant benefits

The objective of this work was to study the effects of tillage and liquid manure applications on some physical and chemical properties as well as on the carbon and nitrogen mineralization potential of a meadow soil. Our results indicated that tillage and manure applications had no effect on the concentration of Cu, Mn, total N and organic C in 0-15 cm layer of soil after 15 years of treatment. ...

More than one hundred countries are using wind energy due to their easy implementation, cheap energy, and high energy efficiency. Implementation of FACTS devices in Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS) has been dramatically improved due to cooperative and accurate performance of FACTS devices. However, dealing with wind turbine faults promptly is crucial. Short-term and long-term faults may ha...

The effect of 10-year continuous saffron cultivation on physical and chemical properties of a silty clay loam soil was investigated in a research farm of College of Agriculture, Shiraz University, Shiraz (52 º 33ʹ E Longitude and 29º 36ʹ N latitude), Iran. This farm was irrigated with different regimes (100% of saffron's potential evapotranspiration (ETp), 75%ETp, 50%ETp) including rain fed tre...
